The minimum purchase amount is €15 (VAT included) for the supply of orders.

Any order over 99 euros (VAT included), will be sent postage paid, to any destination in Spain and Portugal, within the peninsular areas (Islands not included).
The merchandise always travels at the buyer's expense and risk, even in the case of special agreements.

Customers will have a period of 15 calendar days to notify their desire to withdraw one or more products from their order according to article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
You can make the return in the following way:
- Communicating it by e-mail to email@example.com attaching your personal data as well as the order number.
-Once we have received it, we will contact the customer to organize the collection of the products. All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tape. If it is not possible to return the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, the merchandise will suffer depreciation.
-Returns must be delivered at destination within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
-Once the perfect condition of the merchandise has been analyzed, we will pay you the amount of the product plus the shipping costs paid in the initial order within a maximum period of 14 days.
-Refunds will be made by purchase voucher.
-Returns of electrical material will not be accepted.
-Returns of material expressly ordered for the client will not be accepted.
-The client must manage and bear the shipping costs associated with the return, in case of requesting that Enxuro carry out this management, the shipping costs derived from the return of the product to the seller will be charged to the client and its amount will be 9, €99 VAT included for shipments originating in the Iberian Peninsula. In the event that the shipments come from outside the Iberian Peninsula, the expenses will be calculated once the product arrives at the Enxuro warehouses.
-The customer can send the merchandise back by their own means, in this case the customer must pay €4.99 return management fees.
-For shipments originating in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the merchandise must OBLIGATORY be sent on behalf of the client and the return management costs will be communicated during the processing of the procedure.
